Who drove the trucks and who said candy couldn’t be thrown

If WSFD drove the truck in the parade. Who was it? Those pictured with 2 exceptions are NOT White Springs fire fighters. Since we are on the topic of the parade and this has already been mentioned in another post. It was the fire chief who said that candy could not be thrown during the parade (at least not from the fire truck). Now he could have been just passing on a message.

From what I have heard, Stacy Tebo stated candy could not be thrown because we do not have a street sweeper and it is too difficult to clean the streets.  You know the cousins do not like additional work or no work at all.

  1. They don’t clean the streets anyways. People constantly throw garbage out of their car windows through out town. On this I cannot blame the town council. I blame the people of White Springs who seem to have no pride in their town and think it is A OK to throw garbage out of their cars along the roadside. It is disgusting. Who raised these people to think that it is OK to do that?
