The RHATT Pack Watch Day 218

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 218

Today is Thursday, November 29th, Day 218 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

White Springs’ Out of Towners” got another paid vacation week at your expense.  Yeah, Last week had a holiday, Thanksgiving.  That’s right, White Springs celebrates Thanksgiving as a holiday as it should be.  But no where in the Town Charter or any place else does it say that Town Employees get a week long vacation.  However, apparently the Red-face Ratt and his “Out of Town” Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebow, don’t know or care about that.  Whenever the “Out of Towners” want a paid week of vacation, they just take a week of paid vacation.  It’s that simple.

You may recall the “Watch” reported on the “No Show Mondays” a short time back.  Well, the Lapdog didn’t appreciate having her and the Ratt’s Shenanigans exposed to everyone.  So Monday of Thanksgiving Day week, the Lapdog sauntered into Town just long enough to claim sh was here.  She screamed out a few orders to the White Springs’ part-time staff and then she sped out of Town as fast as she could go. So her game was to show up on Monday for  an hour or two, stamp some check box and leave.

It became a “No Show Tuesday”, a “No Show Wednesday”, a Thanksgiving Day Holiday, a “No Show Friday”, a weekend and another “No Show Monday” for Another “No Show Work Week” or more appropriately, another PAID week long vacation.  Gee that must be nice!  Doesn’t every employer grant as many week long PAID vacations anytime anyone wants one.  And, if there were an emergency in White Springs, guess where the Ratt’s “Out of Town” Lapdog will be.  Apparently about 200 miles away with her phone turned off.

Oh!!  Given the last week was a holiday week, you may have noticed the Lapdog finally authorized “Cousin” Ray to clear the US 41 right of way.  Too bad, the Lapdog had her head up her butt when she issued those orders or she would have known that Duke Energy had scheduled right of way tree trimming along US 41.  So “Cousin” Ray does a little cleaning in the US 41 corridor and then gets “Out of Town” for the week.  And as soon as “Cousin” Ray and his “Out of Town” crew leave, the Duke Energy, per their scheduling agreement spent two days trimming trees associated with their right of way and overhead lines.  And while Duke Energy picked up and chipped all of the large branches, US 41 was littered with small debris.

If the Ratt had properly trained his “Out of Town” Lapdog and had she spent any time in White Springs, maybe she would have scheduled clean-up of the US 41 corridor so they coordinated with ongoing related activities.  Unfortunately for White Springs’ residents, during the little time the “Out of Town” Lapdog spends in White Springs, it’s usually to work on destroying part of the Town’s infrastructure like the Police Department, the Fire Department, the Water and Wastewater treatment plants and related networks and the Roads and Streets.  Or, she’s hiding in her office with the door closed and locked and the lights out.  When she’s not sleeping, the Lapdog’s usually visiting some online shopping channel buying designer water, designer clothing, or ever scouring the car and truck companies looking for more vehicles to purchase and give away to her “Out of Town'”   Staffers.  Pretty soon, each one will have two or more vehicles apiece.

This is what White Springs gets when it elects a “GANG OF three:, OR MORE TO THE tOWN cOUNCIL.  iF YOU WANT A cOUNCIL AND aDMINISTRATION THAT CARES ABOUT wHITE sPRINGS AND ITS RESIDENTS, IT’S TIME TO GET INVOLVED.  lEARN HOW YOU ARE BEING GIVEN THE SHAFT EVERY DAY.  sTAND UP AND SPEAK OUT.  rUN FOR OFFICE, OR SUPPORT SOMEONE WHO’S COMPETENT.  rEPORT CORRUPTION AND ILLICIT ACTIVITIES.  cALL THE fbi OFFICE IN jACKSONVILLE (904) 248-7000.  rEQUEST PINK HANDCUFFS FOR THE rATT, THE lAPDOG AND THE “gANG OF tHREE”.

White Springs and its Residents receive NO respect from the “Out of Town” Lapdog or the Ratt. It’s day 218 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet. The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
