The RHATT Pack Watch Day 167

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 167

Today is Tuesday, October 9th, Day 167 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

As you may recall, soon after the Red-face Ratt and his “Gang of Three” came into power, the Ratt proceeded to identify, recruit and put into place, as the Town Manager, someone he could depend upon to undertake his daily deeds.  The Ratt’s opportunity arose when Town Manager Bill Lawrence resigned to accept a position in Maine, his former home stated.   As required by law, the Town of White Springs advertised the position opening for a new Town Manager.  Numerous candidates applied for the position.

Town Council Members reviewed all of the job applications, including all of the relevant experience and credentials each applicant presented.  Upon review, the Town Council determined there was a broad range of experience and expertise available regarding Town Management,; some excellent; some good and some not so good.

The Council selected a number of applicants for vetting and interviews.  A series of applicant interviews were scheduled for a Town Council meeting.  During the interviews, the Ratt observed that Applicant Tebo had worked for the City of Debary in a clerical role, but had no City Management experience.  However, she had been terminated for a long list of reasons.  This was just the type of person the Ratt was interested in.  Someone who would be insubordinate and make lots of mistakes so that her job security would always be at risk.  This is someone, he thought, he could control.  Tebo was hired.

Then in a late night secrete meeting attended by the Ratt, the “Gang of Three” and a few “Cousins”, Tebo knelt down and kissed the Ratt’s ring; after which she was ordained his “Lapdog”.  Since that night the Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebow has been carrying out each and every order uttered from the mouth of the Ratt.  And in return, the Ratt has provided job security and protected his Lapdog from everyone.

The Ratt – Lapdog symbiotic relationship could have continued forever, but here’s the rest of the story.  Many of the daily deeds demanded by the Ratt have led to embarrassment, humiliation and exposure to potential legal proceedings for his Lapdog.  And not all of the “Gang of Three” members and “Cousins” like the Lapdog, and the Lapdog doesn’t like all of the “Gang of Three ” members and “Cousins”

No one is happy.  There have been disagreements and strife.  The Ratt hasn’t always provided the protection the Lapdog craves.  Now the Lapdog wants out.  The Lapdog has been missing from her closed and locked office more often than not.  Little is known concerning her whereabouts, but what is known indicates the Lapdog has cleaned up her resume and has spent the vast majority of her time diligently looking for a new position away from White Springs.

Given the Lapdog’s lackluster and poor performance as a Town Manager for White Springs, it’s no wonder that other Villages, Towns and Cities have given less than serious consideration to the Lapdog’s applications.  Witness her application to Lake City for the City Manager opening.  The Lapdog didn’t even make the first cut.  She was out from the get go.  Undoubtedly, she has more opportunity in non-municipal employment for the foreseeable future.  She probably should consider reworking her resume with that in mind.

Now you know “the rest of the story”.  Hopefully the Lapdog will have an opportunity to move on before someone from law enforcement working to eliminate drugs, bribes, embezzlement, fraud, pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, nepotism, retaliation, or any other corrupt activitiy in White Springs slaps a pair of pink handcufs on her wrists; maybe with the Ratt by her side.  It will probably be a Special Agent from the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.  They could use your support.

Steer clear of the Lapdog and the Ratt.  It’s Day 167 and the Red-face Ratt hasnpt resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues
