COMMENTS ON PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING OF 5-27-2020.

David Gooslby, Property Appraiser for Hamilton County was questioned about “in the town property” and “out of the town property”. When asked about the “big 5 acre lot just west of the Carver School Building “that is land outside  the town limits” the Property Appraiser said.

I’m no expert in this but I believe David Goolsby. The Property where the town wants to build the New Hurricane Proof Community Center is not even in the town  limits. I wonder what ever else is not in the Town Limits? Can’t we do anything right?
