I ASKED FOR TWO SETS OF PUBLIC RECORDS. THEY ARE:
- CANCELED CHECKS FROM THE OCTOBER 29TH PAY PERIOD. I’ve gotten every other check from October to November 2019 but the town won’t turnover the checks cut on 29 October 2019. I’ve asked for these checks for three months now and they have been slowly dribbling in but now the town is refusing to let me have a copy of the checks from 29 October 2019. We know checks were cut that day because everyone, including Stacy and Pam got paid that day. Why you ask?
Because Tommie Boy got a paycheck on the 29th of October 2019 made out to him and not Countyline Design and Business Services. Why is that important? Because it proves that on the 29th of October Tommie Boy was an employee and not a consultant. This check along with the minutes of the October and November meeting minutes which would show that the town never hired him as a consultant, at least with Council approval.

I also asked to view Tommie’s personnel folder and was denied because of HIPPA and Personnel Protection Information. #1 He never claimed this exemption when I wanted Yvonne’s personnel record. #2 Tommie Boy never took a physical or a drug test, contrary to the Charter requirements for employees. Now HIPPA for those of my readers who aren’t up on Federal Law is a Federal Law that prohibits disclosure of certain medical information. But Federal Law doesn’t apply to the Florida Public Records Law as it says quite clearly in the Government in the Sunshine Manual and affirmed by the Florida Supreme Court. If he has no medical records in his file, because he never took a drug test or a physical, HIPPA, even if it applied, doesn’t apply because there is no medical record in his file. Personnel Protection Information, likewise, doesn’t apply, Mr. Brazil Senior.
Now, if you want to say he wasn’t an employee then see the cancelled checks and his new CONTRACT, NOT YET APROVED BY THE COUNCIL which looks more like a job application than a statement of his employment status. In fact the new employment contract doesn’t mention the word “Consultant” at all, just like his first contract. You can’t be a consultant without a Memo of Understand which he has never had. It’s simple he is an employee and no amount of “Tap-Dancing” will change that simple fact. Not then not now.
WHAT ABOUT IT MR. BRAZIL? WHY CAN’T I LOOK AT TOMMIE BOY’S PERSONNEL FILE OR SEE THE CHECKS FROM THE PAY DAY OF 29 October 2019? IS IT BECAUSE THE TOWN IS NOT CORRUPT OR IS IT BECAUSE THE TOWN IS CORRUPT? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW. YOUR WIFE IS TOO GOOD A PERSON TO BE CAUGHT UP IN THESE LIES.
