DEFINITION OF “QUASI-JUDICIAL” AS IT APPLIES TO TONJA’S CASE.

Definition of quasi-judicial. 1 : having a partly judicial character by possession of the right to hold hearings on and conduct investigations into disputed claims and alleged infractions of rules and regulations and to make decisions in the general manner of courts quasi-judicial bodies.

The Town Council has the right to hold hearings and to conduct investigations into disputed claims of a Citizen Complaint. The citizen believes one thing and the council is supposed to provide a fair and honest hearing on the matter. I believe that Helen, Anita and Walter have already decided Tonja’s guilt. That’s “judicial” in anybody’s definition. And it is in accordance with the Charter, not that Helen nor Walter nor Anita give a damn about the Charter.
