IN QUESTIONING PAM TOMLINSON’S STATEMENT

 

Below listed are the payments made by White Springs United Methodist church (WSUMC) and Rhett Bullard for the period from 10/10/2016 to July 2017:   You will note starting in December Rhett Bullard, as owner was responsible for the utility payments to the Town of White Springs since he had purchased the parsonage.

Apparently through Pam, the statement made was that “Then Mayor Rhett Bullard rented the former parsonage for the White Springs United Methodist Church (church) before purchasing it from the church on November 28, 2016.  WHILE HE RENTED THE HOME, BULLARD PAID THE UTILITIES BILLS EVEN THOUGH THE UTILITIES ACCOUNT WAS IN THE CHURCH’S NAME.  SO TELL ME, WHY RHETT BULLARD’S CHECK NUMERS DID NOT START UNTIL HE PURCHASED THE HOME.  IT IS OBVIOUS THE CHURCH HAD PAID THE UTILITIES WHICH WERE PROBABLY INCLUDED IN THE RENT.  only a parsonage rental was applied it appears.

The aforementioned evidences the fact that the deposit has not been paid by Rhett Bullard for the parsonage located at 16659 Springs Street, White Springs, FL.
