The RHATT Pack Watch Day 244

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 244

Today is Tuesday, December 25th, Day 244 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

Earlier this month, the Red-face Ratt added a Red Santa suit to his wardrobe.  Everyone knows the Ratt doesn’t like cold weather and has never been to or near, the North Pole.  In fact, everyone also knows the Ratt doesn’t have a sleigh, even a small one.  So why would the Ratt spend money to buy a Red Santa suit.  Wait a minute!  The Ratt wouldn’t use his own money to buy a Red Santa suit when he could have his “Out of Towner” Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebow, who spends most of her time buying designer clothing for all of the “Cousins” just buy a designer Red Santa suit for him with your LOFT funds.

Apparently, that’s how the Ratt acquired his Red Santa suit.  Word has it that the Ratt’s Red Santa suit arrived at Town Hal in early December.  For whatever reason, the Ratt wasn’t able to see his Red Santa suit until several days following its arrival.  When he did see it, the Ratt loved it and decided that he had to try the suit on ASAP.

It appears, the Red Santa suit fit reasonably well.  Somehow the Ratt was excited with the Red Santa suit that he decided he just couldn’t wait until the 25th.  First, he weaseled his way into a youth event.  Not satisfied, he focused on the second Tuesday, the 11th of December, and the day of the Town Council meeting.  Where better than a Town Council meeting where he would have his Lapdog and plenty of “Cousins” around to enjoy the cheer.  So the Ratt decided to wear his LOFT-fund purchased Red Santa suit to the Town Council Meeting.

As you’ll recall, on the 11th, the weather was cool but clear.  There wasn’t any snow on the ground,or according to the weather channel for that matter, White Springs didn’t have any snow in its forecast.  But the Ratt concluded he had to use it that day.

No snow and no sleigh, so the Ratt put on his LOFT purchased Red Santa suit, attached a couple of red ribbons on his SUV and drove to Town Hall.  As you are aware, Santa normally has gifts in his sleigh, however, the Ratt had none.  As he passed Munchies, he decided on an approach that would transfer the costs of gifts onto your (White Springs’ residents) backs.

When the Ratt arrived at Town Hall, he held a quick “Out of the Sunshine” meeting with the “Gang of TGhree” members, Mindless “Splain it to me” Vice Mayor Tanja and illegal alien Suck-up “Mini-Me Despot” Mayor Lofty.  He explained to Mindless and Suck-up that he wanted quick 100 percent positive reviews of his “Out of Towner” Lapdog and as a Christmas present, he would be giving her a two, not one, as is normal, year contract as Town Manager.

This is the same Lapdog that led the embezzlement of over $150,000, destroyed the White Springs Police Department, destroyed the White Springs Fire Department, has the White Springs Water Treatment Plant and Distribution System putting out water without any residual chlorine and unsafe to drink, ignored and delayed the Wastewater Collection System Rehabilitation project; thereby increasing the costs by more than $1,000 for the Town and thousands of dollars for you, wasting, misusing and outright stealing about $750,000 of your LOFT revenues, giving Town vehicles and credit cards to the “Cousins” for their personal use, allowing the Town to look like a pig sty, and filling every open position in the Town Administration using devious and well hidden public notification procedures and hiring only “Out of Towners” “Cousins” like herself who are willing to kiss the Ratt’s ring.

Well White Springs, the Ratt gave a two-year contract to his Lapdog, the worst Town Manager in the history of White Springs.  It makes no sense.  Do something about it.  Get involved.  Replace the Ratt and his “Gang of Three” members Mindless and illegal alien Suck-up.  Restore law and order to Town Hal.  Report their corruption to the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.

Trust not the Lapdog, “Cousins”. “Gang of Three” or the Ratt.  It’s Day 244 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
