The RHATT Pack-Watch Day 241

The RHATT Pack-Watch

Day 241

Today is Saturday, December 22nd, Day 241 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

Apparently, the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division, Homeland Security Investigations Directorate has been making significant progress regarding the true identity and status of the illegal alien Suck-up “Idi Amin Dada Min-Me Despot” Mayor Lofty.    It appears that Deputy Executive Associate Director Darek Benner, assigned this investigation jointly to his International Operations and Investigative Programs Assistant Directors.

The Director of International Operations coordinates and is responsible for all aspects of bilateral and multilateral activities undertaken by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division.   While the Director of Investigative Programs has the expertise, resources and responsibility to undertake determination of identity, nation of origin, reasons for emigration and other influences related to individuals attempting to immigrate to the US or who may legally or illegally reside in the US.  Individually or together they have the responsibility to gather information and make assessments concerning the reasons and legality of providing immigration status to individuals from across the globe.  If the assessment warrants allowing an individual to remain in the US, the file is transferred to the Citizenship and Immigration Service Division. On the other hand, if the assessment warrants not allowing an individual to remain in the US, the file is transferred to Enforcement and Removal Operations Directorate for subsequent action.

The “Watch” has learned that the Director of International Operations made arrangements through the Republic of Uganda Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister Hon, Kutessa Kahamba Sam to allow and support a DHS investigative team in the country.  Apparently one Agent for each of the International Operations and Investigative Programs traveled to Kampala where they were met by officials of the Foreign Affairs Ministry.  After a full discussion of the investigative purposes of their trip and assembling an appropriate team, the Agents were accompanied to Koboko, to a region in the NW corner of Uganda and about 250 miles, NNW of Kampala.

Once there with the Ministry’s assistance, the Agents were able to locate 27 of Idi Amin Dada’s 43 known children, including at least one male heir by each of his five wives.  Koboko, being on the borders with the Democratic Republic of Congo and Sough Sudan, meant that several of the children were in adjacent countries.  The Ministry was able to facilitate arrangements with each of the countries to allow entry for the necessary meetings.

In meetings with each Idi Amin Dada offspring, the Agents were able to gather a substantial amount of information concerning several of their siblings who had passed and those who remained missing.  In addition, they obtained information, photographs and DNA samples from all 27 offspring.  According to one of the Agents, photographs digitally transmitted while they were in the country were processed with one of the Investigative Operations Directorate’s advanced facial recognition programs.  Preliminary results based on several photographs from more than one sibling, indicate a greater than 90 percent match with Suck-up “Idi Amin Dada Despot” Mayor Lofty’s photographs.  DNA samples are anticipated to arrive at DHS in the next week or so, at which time more definitive determination can be initiated.
