The RHATT Pack Watch
Today is Monday, December 17th, Day 236 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.
The Red-face Ratt does it again. Remember his Martinsdale rating, just about the lowest possible rating an attorney can receive. Well there’s a reason for a rating that low. It’s called incompetence.
Consider for a moment an organization that would be filling an important position. One would think that such an organization would cast a net as wide as possible to find potential candidates to fill that position. Then they might take a quick look at resumes, etc to determine if the qualifications of these candidates met some minimum standard and eliminate all those that were below the minimum.
Next they would probably check backgrounds and conduct interview to explore firsthand the experience and expertise of each candidate. And then select the best qualified. But that’s not what happens when the Ratt is involved.
Take his position with the Hamilton County Nepotism Authority. Well the name says it all. Nepotism Board Member Aunt Mary Lou arranged the position for the Ratt as the Nepotism’s attorney. None of the other Board members cared whether or not the Ratt had the experience or expertise, which he obviously doesn’t for the position. In the Authority, all Board members care about is doing nepotism related favors for each other to maximize the benefits to themselves, their families and the “Cousins” That’s how it’s done in Hamilton County.
Or take the Ratt’s dual positions of Secretary and Treasure in the Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce. Clearly, no one took time to do more than ask the Ratt if he wanted the positions. Now, as the only authority associated with the Chamber, one would expect the attorney to ensure everything was legal. The Ratt didn’t check and the Chamber wasn’t legal. Incompetence!
According to Florida’s Divisions of Corporations back in 2003, the Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was founded as a not for profit. While they formed the corporation, they forgot to apply to the Internal Revenue Service to certify its status as a not for profit. As the Watch has noted previously, Chamber’s of Commerce are lobbying organizations. Under Federal law, lobbying organizations are required to be 501 (c) 6 corporations and be accepted and certified by the IRS.
The Hamilton County Chamber didn’t do it. They have been claiming they were, but they were conducting business illegally, under the Ratt, all of this time. It turns out that somebody at Nutrien checked, and WaLa the Ratt’s Chamber ain’t what it claimed. And apparently the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners also checked. Of course, the Ratt didn’t. Remember that Martinsdale rating, low, very low. Hey Jasper, this should be a heads up for you. The Ratt hasn’t destroyed you yet, but he’s probably working on it.
It never ends! The Ratt and his Cousins just keep demonstrating their incompetence and wreaking destruction on White Springs and Hamilton County. In White Springs, the Ratt put a “Gang of Three” members Mindless “Splain it to me” Vice Mayor Tanja and illegal alien Suck-up “Mini-Me Despot” for him to destroy a vibrant and growing infrastructure and standard of living for its citizens. The Ratt left no stone unturned. He started with the Police Department, followed by the Fire Department, the Water and Wastewater plants and even the Roads and Streets Department. Of course, this left plenty of funds for the Ratt, his “Gang” and Lapdog to misuse, waste or steal for their personal benefit.
You can stop them. Start by reporting all of their crimes to the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.
