White Springs PD particpated in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day – Wonder how many were kept for the drug trade?

Since the White Springs police Department can do nothing but traffic tickets while allowing drugs to run rampant in White Springs, it makes me wonder how many drugs which were turned in to the Police Department were sorted and some kept for use by the many who are in the drug trade.
On October 27th, the 16th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day was held and with help of the various municipalities and the DEA  more than 900,000 pounds of prescription medications collected at nearly 6000 sites across the country were collected and destroyed. DEA collected and destroyed more than 457 tons of potentially dangerous leftover prescription drugs.

From what is transpiring in Town Hall since Stacy has become Town Manager, it makes me wonder if everything White Springs collected ever was provided to the DEA

Insofar as the  October Report by Chief Rodriquenz, it may be mentioned there were no Citations reported but that there were 142 reports to date.  Currently the Police Department is auditing their Evidence Room by conducting inventories.
The Police Department is awaiting the Department of Transportation Parade Permit so that there may be a temporary road closure for the Christmas Parade.
Some citizens have requested extra patrols and property checks if the report can be believed.
