Christmas Parade and Hot Dog Picnic November 30,2018 parade starting at 6:00 P.M.

A notice from the Town of White Springs:

We are making plans for the Annual Town of White Springs Hot Dog Picnic and Christmas Parade and we need your help!  The celebration in White Springs features a parade that ends at Stephen Foster Folk Culture State Park.  Hot dogs and soft drinks are served to all guests at Nelly Bly’s Kitchen.  This year’s celebration is on Friday, November 30, 2018 with the parade beginning at 6:00 p.m.

This event attracts about 1,000 guests from the surrounding tri-county area.  Our area businesses help with this event by funding the refreshments.  We appreciate your contributions in years past, and hope you will help us again.

Pleas accept a special invitation to enter a float or vehicle or other unit in the parade to advertise your business.  Enjoy an evening of holiday cheer and share a picnic with our community.  Join our list of donors and participants for 2018 by completing the form below and returning it to the Town of White Springs.

Joe received this notice because last year we entered a float supporting Councilwoman Helen Miller

To Which the Bullard Household with their many cousins gave us a standing Boo and yelling “Go Home”

The Town is lucky that the businesses give the Town any money since the Town has done nothing for the businesses but raise utility rates and provide potholes on every road so that people may damage their vehicles

Instead of spending so much money on protecting Stacy Tebo and the “Gang”, as well as the embezzlement of money to pay someone who did not work for two years  there should be far more money in the coffers for the Town to pay for this event..

  1. No business should give the town anything we all under stand its for the kids, if the town is not willing to work with us then why the hell should we help them make them look good. The towns got all this money they can spend on lawyers an 60,000 for an mini tracked excavator why not spend that money on the food drinks along with whatever else they may need.
