The RHATT Pack Watch Day 182

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 182

Today is Wednesday, October 24th, Day 182 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

If you were in White Springs last Monday, you probably didn’t miss the law enforcement activities in a home on US-41, on the south side of Town.  If you looked closer, you would have noticed that Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) was in charge of the activity with numerous officers and several vehicles on site.  Additional officers and vehicles from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office were present.  White Springs’ Police Department was nowhere to be found.

If you were like the dozens of residents gathered across the street, you learned this was the third round of drug-related stabbings in recent weeks.  The first, just outside of Town on CR-25A, involved a man, high on “Molly”, stabbing his live-in girlfriend and then stabbing himself.  The girlfriend is dead and the man remains in serious condition.

The Second, at Munchies on US-41, involved an irate user attacking and then being stabbed by his violent dealer.  The unfortunate user’s still in the hospital on life support.  The dealer, well, he’s back on the street doing business as usual.

And, White Springs’ most recent incident, involved a women, with several children, including a four month old, furious with her live-in boyfriend, when he was lured off his rehab efforts by a local dealer.  When they got together, apparently she stabbed him.  He died.

Drugs have a direct link to each of these stabbing incidents.  Drugs are pervasive throughout White Springs.  Literally speaking, White Springs has a dealer on virtually every corner; quite often at the White  Springs Library and Willie Guy Turner Park and now in Town Hall, because that’s the way the Red-face Ratt wants it.  Just about anyone who lives in White Springs knows who all, or most, of the dealers are, their suppliers and their schedules.  So why doesn’t the White Springs’ Police Department do something about drugs?

As the “Watch” has noted on previous occasions, when the Ratt came to power, he didn’t want the White Springs’ Police observing or investigating anything to do with his personal drug related activities; his sexual predilections with “young fondlings” or drugs anywhere in White Springs.   The Ratt was and is a major user.  Every dealer knows him and most supply him.

Apparently, the Ratt reasoned the best way to protect himself, as well as his supplier network, was to eliminate all police activity in White Springs. He had two options:
  1.  Eliminate the White Springs’ Police Department and probably end up with “Cousins” from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department in White Springs, or
  2. Neuter the White Springs’ Police Department and Control everything they do.
He chose the latter.  Basically, he held the Chief’s job and those of their officers over their heads.  Essentially, be on traffic duty or be gone.

More often than not, White Springs’ Police can be seen sitting behind a shrub waiting for someone to come speeding along.  And if that’s not enough, they’re not even in Town.

Take Mondays; Rarely, if ever, is Chief Tracy seen in Town.  Not even for the Crime of Murder.  Crime, which used to be low, or non-existent has sky-rocketed.  Simply, White Springs no longer has a Police Department.

The Ratt, Lapdog and the “Gang of Three” have been destroying White Springs and its infrastructure.  For a different reason, to reward “BoyToy” Cousin Andrew, they destroyed the Fire Department.

For Another Reason, to steal Fuel Tax Revenues, they destroyed the Roads and Street infrastructure.

Additionally, to embezzle enterprise revenues, they have destroyed the Water and Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems.

Stopping it  is up to you.  Get invoolved.  Report their drugs, bribes, embezzlement, fraud, pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, nepotism, retaliation and other corrupt activities.  Call the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.

Believe in your capabilities; not the Ratt’s.  It’s Day 182 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!.
