The RHATT Pack Watch Day 176

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 176

Today is Thursday, October 18th, Day 176 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

Just when you think it can’t become any more bizarre in White Springs, it does!  You really have to hand it to the Red-face Ratt, the Lapdog “Just keep paying me “Tebow” and  the “Gang of Three” members, Mindless “Splain it to me” Tanja and Suck-up “Idi Amin Dada Mini Me Despot” Lofty for the size of the kahunas one of them is toting around.  As you are aware, the Hamilton County Drug Task Force took down about half of the dealers that the Ratt had working the street corners.  Of course, that reduced the competition and cramped the Ratt’s style somewhat.

You know, supply had fallen off and it took longer for home deliveries, even when using Drughub.  This just didn’t set right with the Ratt.  He knew he had to do something but what could he do?  Rumor has it that the  Ratt convened one of his world renown, in the dark of the night, meetings at Town Hall to discuss the situation.  The Ratt, the Lapdog and the Gang got together while the rest of the Town was fast asleep.  The Ratt laid out his problem.  There just weren’t enough dealers in Town.

And to make matters worse, residents and undercover agents had many of the street corners, the library and Willie Guy Turner Park under surveillance.  And the possibility existed the Hamilton County Drug Task Force wouldn’t provide the Ratt with any leaked warning and then just swooped in and rounded-up most or all of his remaining dealers.  That would be a catastrophe.

Suck-up Lofty opined that maybe they could use the White Springs Police Department to guard a few of the street corners for the Ratt’s dealers.  But the Ratt didn’t like that idea.  Mindless offered her home.  You know, it’s been used by dealers previously.  And then, almost in unison, the Ratt and the Lapdog began to grin.  It appears that they reached the identical solution at the same time.  Why not use Town Hall?

Yep, Town Hall was the way to go.  It would be real convenient for two of the Town’s biggest druggies, the Ratt and the Lapdog.  And, who would ever think of surveillance of Town Hall?  The “Gang” readily agreed.  Now the issue was how to implement their newly agreed upon approach to dealer location.  And then it hit the Ratt like a sledge hammer.  Why not just have the Town hire one of his dealers?  There was still plenty of money to rip off and what better way to use it than to ensure an unending supply of his life necessities at his finger tips.

The Ratt’s mind was running rampant now.  He could supply his dealer with a free Town Vehicle and Town Credit Cards to bring the stash into White Springs and move it around as needed and even make home deliveries.  Who’s going to stop a White Springs Town vehicle?  No one!  It was perfect. As long as the Hamilton County Drug Task Force and the residents stuck to surveillance of street corners and the like, the Ratt had an ideal solution.  The Ratt knew every dealer in Town would want to sell to more than just the Ratt and the Lapdog, so he needed to facilitate the dealers normal business activities and traffic at Town Hall.

The Lapdog agreed it would be no problem.  Town hall had a customer front window and they were experienced in taking in funds and a host of other fraudulent activities.  The Ratt thought for a few moments and settled on “Cousin” Brian.  The Lapdog was instructed to retain him as quickly as possible.  WaLa, and so it is.  If you see “Cousin” Brian on the street, say “Hi!”.  If you need a hit, stop by Town Hall.  He’ll be happy to address your needs.

You asked for it White Springs!  And now you have expanded products available at Town Hall.  Just in case that isn’t your cup of tea, think about what you can do to rid White Springs of drugs, bribes, embezzlement, fraud, pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, nepotism, retaliation and other corrupt activities.  Start by calling the FBI office in Jacksonville (904)248-7000 with what you know.

Start surveillance of Town hall,  “Cousin” Brian, the Lapdog and the Ratt.  It’s Day 176 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
