The RHATT Pack Watch Day 162

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 162

Today is Thursday, October 4th, day 162 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

Sorry folks!  The Red-face Ratt, his Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebow, and his “Gang of Three” don’t give a hoot about what their incompetence and corruption cost you.  If you missed the Town Council’s recent Budget Hearing, then you missed the cavalier approach they took with regard to adopting a budget that’s little more than  a “SHAM” designed to allow them to steal as much money as possible from you.

Here are a few highlights for you to ponder.

The good news is the Town plans to complete the Wastewater Rehabilitation project, thus resolving one of White Springs Major health and safety issues.  To complete the Wastewater Rehabilitation Project, the Town expects to incur a $720,000 debt.  When debts of this nature are incurred by municipalities, normal practices are to establish reserve accounts and save as much revenue as possible to mitigate costs to taxpayer.  Remember, virtually no one in Town Hall is a White Springs taxpayer, so they could care less what the impact is on you.

The Lapdog advised against a reserve account that would save money.  So you need to finance and pay the full $720,000.

In Florida, the State makes available a revolving loan fund, the 20 GO (Government Obligation) Bond Fund.  Currently, the Bond Fund rate is 4.15%.  The interest on a thirty year 20 GO Bond loan for $720,000 is just over $539,000.  Meaning that in White Springs, in Other words, you will be taxed over $1,259,000 to resolve the Wastewater Rehabilitation project.
Had this program been run competently and on time, White Springs debt obligation would have been $180,000 and with the same 20 GO Bond loan type and rate, it would have incurred interest of about $135,000 for a total cost of about $315,000, or nearly one million dollars less.  That’s real money which White Springs could have, and should have,  saved you.

The budget indicates White Springs expects to receive over $210,000 in Local Optin Fuel Tax restricted revenues.  However, the Town doesn’t plan to spend a single cent on transportation projects at any time in the next Fiscal Year.  They have asked the State to repave one street with State funds. It’s possible that could happen, but even if the State does pave a street, it doesn’t relieve the Town from LOFT revenue restrictions.

The Ratt, Lapdog and his “Gang of Three” members Mindless “Splain it to me” Tanja and Suck-up “Idi Amin Dada Despot Mini Me” Lofty want to treat LOFT restricted revenues as General revenues, whee they can more easily waste, misuse or steal them for personal benefit.  They plan on more designer clothes, water and other frivolous expenditures.  And funds are going for an excavator the Town doesn’t need and the new pick-up truck for the Ratt’s new “Cousin Fondling”, and the Fire Department’s Emergency Response vehicle and credit cards that the Ratt gave to old Boy-Toy “Cousin” Andrew.  It’s your money and his pleasure but you know what the Ratt says “Us Cousins got to stick together”

White Springs, you have another year of waste, misuse and theft of your money from the current Town Administration and Officials.  You work hard for every penny you earn, and they sit around Town Hall, thinking up ways to separate you from your money.  And they are doing it every day.  Get involved!  Hold them accountable for their incompetent and corrupt Actions!  Report their illicit actions to the appropriate authorities.

Watch for  drugs, bribes, embezzlement, fraud, pedophilia, nephophilia, ephebophilia, nepotism, retaliation, or other corrupt activities.  Call the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.  Encourage everyone to follow your lead.

Put an end to the waste, misuse and theft of your money by the Ratt.  It’s Day 162 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
