The RHATT Pack Watch
Today is Saturday, September 22nd, Day 150 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.
Apparently, the Feds evaluation and test use of Amazon’s DNA Neutrino tracking detector/ analyzer for law enforcement has been more successful than they cold possibly have envisioned. Unfortunately for the Feds, their law enforcement’s needs conflict with Amazon’s Growing Prime© delivery objective. According to a source, the Feds are now working with Amazon, the technology’s developers, and Space X to upgrade and refine the technology specifically for law enforcement and to launch a more robust network of satellite based DNA Neutrino tracking detector/analyzers.
In addition, the Feds are working with the technology developers to adapt the technology to portable, ground-base operations. Apparently, the Fed’s envision instrumentation that would be suitable for identification, monitoring, tracking or search and rescue type operations. It appears the Feds obtained sufficient DNA Neutrino tracking detector/analyzer operating time from Amazon to permit testing under a wide range of person size, age, sex, weather, terrain and building construction conditions. It seems there was very little variance in the DNA signature quality and strength regardless of the subject or environmental conditions during the test period.
In response to an inquiry by the “Rhatt Pack Watch”, the Feds indicated while Amazon’s DNA Neutrino tracking detector/analyzer technology is privately owned, and thus potentially available to others; the technical specifications of the Fed System have been classified, as will be the full extent of the deployment. However, a spokesman indicated when fully deployed and operational, they expect to be able to identify, monitor and track as many subjects as necessary in real time anywhere, outdoors or inside a structure.
He also indicated for a variety of technical and equipment availability reasons, the Feds were not able to test all parameters of interest with Amazon’s DNA Neutrino tracing detector/analyzer technology, but were able to establish that DNA signatures could be extracted from positions below structural and other materials.
Using a combination of advancements in detection range and sensitivity, an element, chemical and substance signature database, and appropriate signature subtraction algorithms, the Feds expect to have the ability to eliminate non-DNA signatures, like building, vehicle, or vegetation materials, and isolate persons of interest.
Additionally, the Feds have expressed a desire to take the advanced DNA Neutrino tracking detector/ analyzer technology, reduce its size and costs, and repackage it for ground-base portability. They indicate this would provide law enforcement, whether National, State or Municipal, with cost effective capabilities similar to the satellite network, but for wide variety of short range tactical situations, such as accident and disaster rescue and recovery efforts, person of interest and suspect searches and identification, as well as contraband locations.
In the interim while development and deployment is underway, you can play a significant role helping law enforcement. Be alert! If you observe something that doesn’t look right or legal, make law enforcement aware of everything and everyone you saw. In particular, watch for any signs of nepotism, embezzlement, retaliation, pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, drugs, bribes, fraud, and other corruption. It exists everywhere in White Springs.
The best place to contact is the FBI office in Jacksonville (904 248-7000. And, just in case, you are involved in one of these illicit activities, and you want to make a life style change, the Fed’s in Jacksonville are the ones who can provide you with the best deal. Give them a call.
