Per Clear Government, these are our Revenues versus our Expenditures

Let’s look at White Springs clear Revenues versus the Town’s actual Expenses. When you see this, I must admit there has been only a couple of years where our expenses did not exceed our revenues.

2008 $ 845,348 in Revenue $ 969,446 in Expenses
2009 $1,659,986 in Revenue $1,813,758 in Expenses
2010 $ 937,883 in Revenue $1,147,361 in Expenses
2011 $1,187,470 in Revenue $1,343,605 in Expenses
2012 $1,311,981 in Revenue $1,085,482 in Expenses
2013 $1.560,278 in Revenue $1.179,857 in Expenses
2014 $1,306,038 in Revenue $1,365,170 in Expenses
2015 $1,291,399 in Revenue $1.289.329 in Expenses
2016 $1.761,909 in Revenue $1.957.195 in Expenses
2017 $1,288,137 in Revenue $1,331,057 in Expenses
2018 $1,616,582 in Revenue $1,788,766 in Expenses

As you can see it is rare to Balance the Budget for White Springs We balanced in 2012, 2013, and 2015 by having some retained earnings (Money left over) But that has been spent and our expenses exceed our revenues well above $100,000 but mostly in excess of $150,000. No we are broke White Springs and whoever were the managers in 2012-2013 and 2015, that is who we should have today.
