The RHATT Pack Watch
Today is Monday, August 27th, Day 124 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.
Early in the evening of Sunday, August 19th, a resident, who recently moved to White Springs, was proceeding along Sunrise Drive on her way home. Immediately adjacent to US 41,, her small van fell through a hole in the asphalt, causing extensive damage to the vehicle. Neighbors flocked to the scene. With help, she was able to extricate her vehicle from the hole. Calls were placed to family and police. More people descended on the area. A quick investigation revealed a large cavern just below the surface asphalt. As it turns out, the cavern was the result of a break in a sanitary sewer line that precipitated the erosion and washing away of massive amounts of ground materials.
This is something that would have been addressed as part of the sewer rehabilitation and upgrade program initiated under City Manager Robert Farley and then Mayor Helen Miller. As you are aware, this was a grant from the State which provided over $3 Million to identify, provide engineering solutions and to implement resolutions to White Springs’ sanitary sewer problem. As originally conceived, the only costs to White Springs would be about $250,000. However, due to Ratt and Lapdog’s incompetence and delays, the State revised the funding formula to increase the White Springs costs to about $650,000.
Since White Springs doesn’t have $650,000 it would need to secure a loan, which with interest would raise the cost to between $850,000 to $900,000.
The smoke tests and live video screening of every sanitary sewer line undertaken previously, had identified this fracture in the pipe and had it not been for the Ratt delays, it would have been resolved some time ago. And since White Springs had to repair this under emergency conditions, in addition to costs for vehicle damage, this repair probably resulted in three to five times normal costs, Don’t you just love how the Ratt “Gang of Three” members Mindless “Splain it to Me” Tanja and Suck-up “The Despot” Lofty, the Laptog “Just keep Paying Me” Tebo and Cousin “I know nothing” Andrew could care less about how they treat your money. Zero concern for you or your assets.
Oh! By the way, one of the people who showed up at the accident site was none other than Mindless. You might think this was a good sign. You might think Mindless was concerned about the health and welfare of one of White Springs’ residents. You might think Mindless was there to provide her expertise and insights to White Springs’ resources that might be available to facilitate a resolution to this inauspicious event. Unfortunately, you would be wrong on every count.
In fact, it’s extremely disheartening to realize what the only reason Mindless showed-up at the scene was. Within a few seconds from the time Mindless arrived and in front of more than a dozen witnesses, Mindless hurriedly pulled out her phone and called her sister. Instantly, Mindless began explaining to her sister what a unique opportunity existed for her to get to the “sink hole site” and feign an accident, injury or both so she could collect insurance and disability compensation. Of course, Mindless’ sister rose to the occasion and got to the scene as fast as possible. However, by the time she arrived, a somewhat larger crowd, including law enforcement were also there, so making a fraudulent accident or injury claim was out of the question.
Now, think about the actions of Mindless for a few minutes. She didn’t check to see if her constituents needed medical support or any other type of assistance. She didn’t check to see if precautions were in place to ensure no other vehicle would be damaged or no other person injured. She focused on perpetrating a fraud for the benefit of her family. This is who White Springs elected.
Mindless needs to be recalled!! Stop by the “Watch” or Nikki’s house and sign up now. Also report all other corrupt activities by calling the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000. They can help.
Don’t trust Mindless or the Ratt. It’s Day 124 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet. The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
