STACY TEBO Petitioner and JOE EDWARD GRIFFIN Respondent   TEMPORARY INJUNCTION AGAINST STALKING

Attached is the material which I plan to offer in my defense relative to the Temporary Injunction placed against me by Stacy Tebo which does not allow me within 500 feet of the White Springs Town Hall where I have attended meetings and pay my utility bills.

It is in my opinion that Ms. Tebo does not understand my First Amendment Rights or that I have the right to redress my government for grievances. .  Although my requesting information was willful and repeated it does not qualify as a violation of the anti-stalking statute because it had a legitimate purpose and it did not amount to a “course of conduct” because such excludes constitutionally protected activity.

Since Ms. Tebo has attempted placing criminal charges against me but the paperwork and documents did not meet the criteria of a criminal act, she is obviously attempting to secure an injunction to retaliate against me due to my having made complaints to the Commission on Ethics relating to violations of Florida Statute 112.313 (6) .  The complaints regarding Ms. Tebo, Pam Tomlinson and Rhett Bullard are herein included as information.

Thank You.

Joe E. Griffin, Petitioner
