After searching everywhere, Joe secured the information from DeBary which we have provided also to Walter McKenzie so he did not have to struggle like I did.
Since Washington State does not have strong “Sunshine” laws like Florida, the Action only minutes DeBary uses expands more than what our current agenda minutes look like. In fact, they are in between what we do today and what we did prior to two years ago.. They also live stream their meetings.
I saw your request to Eric this morning. Here is a good link to explain why action minutes is a good idea.
This is what we use in DeBary, however sometimes depending on the issue I will expand on the item for clarification.

After reading the site provided by Mr. Graham, the Council will have to make a determination of what they wish to have done. I understand not placing conversations in but at least there could be the crux of what was voted on and why. Perhaps Stacy did not have as much experience in handling or advising staff how Action Minutes should be done and that is why our minutes have no information at all.
Our thanks to Mr. Graham. It is amazing how efficient everyone is in DeBary!
