The RHATT Watch Day 55

The RHATT Watch

Day 55

Today is Tuesday, June 19th, Day 55 of the Rhatt Watch.  What is it that White Springs wants to be?  A bunch of individuals or a Community, that’s the question.  As a bunch of individuals, everyone is on their own for everything.  There’s no fire or police protection, no water or sewer, no roads or bridges, no infrastructure; basically nothing.  Everyone gets to fend for themselves and their family.

However, a very, very long time ago, every branch of people in the world figured out that when they banded together, there were certain activities, when undertake collaboratively, made life easier and better for everyone.  These activities generally are considered infrastructure related.

Back in the 1830’s, the residents of White Springs (at that time known as Jackson Springs) banded together and incorporated.  Together, they began the process of building a Town.  Essentially, in parallel, the Town, Hamilton County and the State of Florida built the tiered system of governance and infrastructure we have today.  It’s not perfect, but it’s a pretty good system.

Okay, did I miss something?  Did the voters of White Springs vote to eliminate the local tier of governance and infrastructure, because that’s what’s happening.  The Red-face Ratt, with the votes of Mindless “Splain it to me” Tanja and “Suck-up “I’m your Boy” Lofty and implementation by druggie Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebo are doing exactly that.

They’ve destroyed the Fire Department just to give your money and emergency vehicle and credit cards to Cousin “Fire Marshall” Andrew and to transfer to Cousin “Conflict of Interest” Steve the profitable part of the fire and emergency services.

They have screwed up the sewer rehabilitation and upgrade project (that would have been about $3 Million plus) which would have been about 95% percent paid by the State and costing White Springs residents only about $150,000.  Now at best only 80% would be covered by the State and there fore costing White Springs about $60,000.  Now White Springs would need to come up with an additional $450,000 of your hard earned funds.  That’s more than an additional $1,000 per household.  I’ll bet you’re really loosing forward to that.

Or, more than likely the sewer system could continue to degrade until it’s non-functional.  One thing for certain is the Ratt, Mindless, Sellout and the Lapdog, who conspired to cause this increase, are not going to write a check to pay for the increase.  You can expect a similar process for the Town’s water system, already with low pressure.  Hope everybody has a well and septic system because that’s what’s coming without a water and sewer infrastructure.  Tossing out police protection is probably next.  Remember a couple of years ago when crimes were rampant in White Springs????  Well, that’s what you can expect when the police department goes.  But who cares, the Ratt will find some “Cousin” somewhere to claw your dollars into his pocket.  We’re at the bottom of the barrel now, but it looks like we are about to go lower.

Hey there Residents!  The ball is in your Court!  What’s the game plan?  Is it to continue spiraling down until White Springs un-incorporates, or are you going to do something to protect your way of Life in White Springs (Jasper, Jennings, Hamilton County, if the Ratt has his way, you’re next).  Start somewhere!

The Ratt and Mindless can be recalled.  The Lapdog and Cousins Andrew and Steve can be terminated.  The “Cousins” nepotism needs to be eliminated.  And what about the sex related crimes, including pedophilia (sex with prepubescent individuals), nepiophilia (arousal or sex with infants), ephebophilia (sex with post-pubescent, but less than age of consent individuals)?

Do we really want that in the individuals we elect”  That person should be on the “Ten Most Wanted” list, not our ballot.  I am willing to bet several of the Town’s elected officials and/or employees would flunk a random drug test.  We know at least one is addicted to drugs in violation of Town regulations.  Bribes, fraud or other corrupt activities, well it’s hard to see how much more could go on in Town Hall.   If you have any information about any of the above corruption, call the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000

How low can we go with the Ratt?  It’s Day 55 and Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Watch continues!
