The RHATT Watch Day 45

The RHATT Watch

Day 45

Today is Saturday, June 9th, Day 45 of the Rhatt Watch.  Ever wonder what the Chamber of Commerce does?  There are Chambers at the National, State and Local levels.  At the National and State Levels, the Chambers are essentially lobbying organizations.  They promote legislation that supports business development and growth.  They also support legislation that improves the profitability of business mostly by reducing the regulatory costs businesses experience.  At the Local Level, there might be some lobbying, particularly in larger metropolitan areas, but in most smaller communities, like those which exist in Hamilton County, the focus is on helping develop and grow businesses.  In fact, that;’s what the Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce did for many years.  And then, the Red-face Ratt arrived.

Apparently the  focus changed!  Now you might just as well refer to the Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce as the Hamilton County Chamber of Mutual Admiration, particularly admiration of the Ratt. Oh, there are still some very good individuals involved with the Chamber (don’t know for how much longer) and they’re trying to help businesses.  However, since the Ratt was installed on the Chamber Board, much of the focus has been on the Ratt and his “Cousins”.  One only needs to attend the Chamber’s annual dinner and watch.  Yes, after all the Board receives recognition awards from each other; there may be a token recognition of an outstanding business from Hamilton County.Basically, under the Ratt and some of his “Cousins” the Chamber is becoming little more than a joke.

Come on Hamilton County business; you’re better than that!!!!!  The Chamber is your organization.  It’s time you took it back.  It’s time you tell the “Cousins” to go somewhere else.  Do you really want an individual and “Cousins” who apparently have been involved in pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, drugs, bribes, fraud or other corrupt activities on your Board?   I doubt it, but that appears to be what you have.  When entrepreneurs and business people are investigating Hamilton County to move or expand here, is this what you want to show them?   How many executives do you think would like to locate their family next door to one of the “Cousins”?   I doubt that even one would give it fleeting consideration.  One day you are going to wake up and learn that PCS has extracted and processed all of the minerals they possibly can do and they will be closing down in Hamilton County.  What are you going to do then?  It will be a little late to start cleaning house.

Hey Law Enforcement!  There’s been enough crime and corruption to go around.  If you can muster the courage to stand up and open your eyes, I’m certain, you’ll be able to see it.  Split up the work and start putting some of the criminals away.  I know there are great investigators in the Sheriff’s Department and at each of the local Police Departments.  Use them!  Don’t let the Feds have all the fun and receive all the credit.  Pedophilia, nepiophilia, ephebophilia, drugs, bribes, fraud and a bunch of other activities are crimes.  We know the Feds were here and took loads of materials away.  I’m sure you could find some, if you look.  And for the Ratt and “Cousins” who have been involved in any of these illicit activities, everything is going to make it into the sunshine sooner or later.  The individual who helps bring it to light, probably is the only one that receives a great deal.  You can try for a deal any where you want, but we know the Feds are your best bet for an all encompassing deal.  If you don’t know how to get a hold of them, it’s easy.  Call the FBI office in Jacksonville (904) 248-7000.  Somehow, I doubt you’ll be the first or the last making that call.

Now is not the time to let your guard down.  It’s Day 45 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Watch continues! i

  1. The ratt watch was rite..I had made a wrong turn and was on Gate Parkway No in Jacksonville and saw a car I thought I knew going into the parking lot. So I decided to follow it. I can’t tell you who it is because they saw me and I can’t tell. I don’t know how you know things but I could not believe who it was. They were to meet with a agent called Spencer about public corruption and the Hobbit Act or something like that. I wish I could tell.

    1. Karin’s comment:
I looked under the FBI in Jacksonville and apparently there is a special agent in charge, a Charles Spencer. I couldn’t find a Hobbit Act but I think it pertained to the Hobbs act and this is what it said on the internet:
      9-131.010 – Introduction
This chapter focuses on the Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) which prohibits actual or attempted robbery or extortion affecting interstate or foreign commerce. Section 1951 also proscribes conspiracy to commit robbery or extortion without reference to the conspiracy statute at 18 U.S.C. § 371. Although the Hobbs Act was enacted as a statute to combat racketeering in labor-management disputes, the statute is frequently used in connection with cases involving public corruption, commercial disputes, violent criminals and street gangs, and corruption directed at members of labor unions.
Frankly I wasn’t sure they would investigate or even consider talking to someone from White Springs. This is Great. I wish I knew who but if the car was recognized it may have been someone big.
