RULE 1.525 MOTIONS FOR COSTS AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES
Any party seeking a judgment taxing costs, attorneys’ fees, or both shall serve a motion no later than 30 days after filing of the judgment, including a judgment of dismissal, or the service of a notice of voluntary dismissal.

COSTS AND FEES MOTION
NOW COMES RESPONDENT seeking costs and fees for the above styled action and in support thereof says the following:
- IAW Florida Rules of Civil Procedure1.525 Respondent moves for cost and fees for the above styled case. Less than 30 days have passed since this honorable court made its final ruling.
- Petitioners claims are deemed frivolous and without merit by Respondent.
- Respondent expended over $400.00 in defense of this action.
- This honorable court did excuse Respondent from less than 10% of any liability in this frivolous action on Tuesday 10 April 2018
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays this honorable court will adjudge this action to have been frivolous, a sham and without merit and award cost and fees to Respondent in the sum of $400.00 to cover the costs of supplies and hours spent by Respondent getting ready to defend plus the time in actual court and travel. Petitioner further prays that Petitioner pay these cost and fees herself and not use governmental taxpayer funds.
