The RHATT Pack Watch Day 271

The RHATT Pack Watch

Day 271

Today is Monday, January 21st, Day 271 of the Rhatt Pack Watch.

Currently three organizations, two State and one Federal have ongoing investigations of White Springs’ illicit use of approximately $750,000 of Local Option Fuel Tax Revenues.  The State and Federal Agencies have very different goals.  The Florida Department of Transportation, in concert with the Department of Revenue and Inspector General, are focused on recovering all of the funds that have been used illegally.  The Florida Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are focused on prosecuting the individuals, including the Red-face Ratt, his “Gang of Three” members Mindless “Splain it to me” Tanja and the illegal alien “Suck-up “Mini-Me Despot” Lofty, his “Out of Towner” Lapdog “Just keep paying me” Tebow, White Springs Financial Director, “Cousin” Pam, and cover-up “Cousin” Ken, as well as recovering the funds.

Over the next few months, all three Agencies will be gathering evidence and defining the public corruption related charges.  Apparently a few, possibly all, will be going away for a long time.  But then there’s recovering the funds.   Apparently the White Springs’ treasury is virtually empty.  There certainly isn’t an extra $750,000 just laying around.  You know the Ratt, his “Gang” and the Lapdog stole everything not tied down.  When the Department of Transportation, the Department of Revenue shows up in White Springs and indicates that every penny that wasn’t properly spent on Streets and Roads must be replaced, where will the $750,000 come from?

Let’s think about where these funds might come from.  We know there isn’t anything in the treasury, so all of it needs to come from elsewhere.  It’s unlikely that anything will be recovered from those who are prosecuted, convicted and sent to prison.   This probably means the entire $750,000 needs to come from White Springs.   The Town doesn’t have it so White Springs will need to finance it.  Roughly speaking that’s about $2,500 per household for principal and interest.   This burden will be laid on your backs.  Nobody’s going to show up at your door and demand a check.  You are going to pay for it in additional fees and taxes, which incidentally will make the cost even higher.  Most of these fees and taxes exist now but are hidden, like the communication tax that is on your phone bill, or the utility tax that’s embedded in your electricity, propane and other products/ services that will contain hidden taxes.

White Springs’ Town Council will be asked to raise every one of these revenue sources to the maximums allowed by the State.  Basically everything you touch in White Springs will have hidden taxes and fees for the next twenty years to pay off the missing $750,000 of LOFT funds.  As if this were band enough, remember you already are being asked to pay the added $1,200,000 for the Wastewater Rehabilitation and Upgrade Project.  White Springs will need to raise Sewer Taxes and seek other sources, more hidden fees and taxes.  And for the record, if White Springs gets stuck with South Hamilton Elementary because of its very costly rehab cost, White Springs probably couldn’t get out of debt for 40 or 50 years.

Enough is enough!  The Ratt, his “Gang of Three” and the Lapdog have bankrupted White Springs.  They have destroyed the Town’s entire infrastructure and they are continuing to steal every penny they can.  There isn’t a competent person working, if you call it that, for the Town.  Every household, every resident, and every visitor to White Springs is being shafted every day because of this “Public Corruption”.  Stopping it is up to you.  Unless you prefer Public Corruption, you need to identify and support competent, caring and hard working Candidates to Town Council.  And then you need to help them get elected.  Call the FBI office in Jacksonville (904)  248-7000.

Help incarcerate the “Gang of Three”, the Lapdog and the Ratt.  It’s Day 271 and the Red-face Ratt hasn’t resigned yet.  The Rhatt Pack Watch continues!
