Befaithful’s complaint on Helen B. Miller was dismissed by the Commission on Ethics

The Commission on Ethics reviewed Helen Miller’s complaint for legal sufficiency.  Her complaint was limited to questions of jurisdiction and a determination as to whether the contents of the complaint were adequate to allege a violation of the Code of Ethics or other laws within the Commission’s jurisdiction.

The Commission dismissed the complaint on Helen B. Miller as well as eleven others as not being legally sufficient.
